Child Policy
The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is a wellness sanctuary by itself welcoming those who seek a healthier lifestyle change, a place to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul. It is our philosophy to maintain a restful and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests and thus, we are unable to accept children less than 16 years of age.
Cell Phone Policy
To maintain the relaxing and peaceful environment, usage of cell phones is only limited to Villa’s indoor areas.
Visitation Policy
The Banjaran’s peaceful environment has been created to give everyone the best possible privacy; this is why we limit the number of visitors to the resort. We do not simply turn away visitors but instead encourage them to make a reservation to come for a visit where the retreat can have time to plan for a more fulfilled experience when touring The Banjaran.
Non-Smoking and Alcohol Policy
The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is a wellness retreat and in this regards, it is a non-smoking property. We also serve alcohol drinks and wine in the evening only. During the wellness programmes, we do encourage you to try to reduce the temptation of these consumptions and gear towards a healthier lifestyle change.
Spa & Wellness Centre Policy
Child Policy - Our Spa & Wellness Centre offers variety of treatments and therapies, however only selected treatments are available for children under the age of 18 years. Guests are advised to consult the Spa & Wellness Centre prior to any treatment bookings.
