Ice Bath
Located just outside the steam cave, the ice bath and shower offers a highly invigorating form of therapy: a bracing plunge into a freezing body of water. This practise offers a variety of health-giving benefits, including increased circulation, reduced blood pressure, strengthening of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, contraction of the muscles to eliminate toxins, and strengthening of the mucous membranes to help resist hay fever, allergies, colds and coughs.
Outdoor Rainforest Shower
An outdoor rain shower with cold, fresh spring water direct from the rainforest, providing a cool, refreshing and re-energising feeling.
