Getting There
Travel by Car
Strategically located in Tambun, Perak. The Banjaran is just 15 minutes away from Ipoh town, 1.5 hours from Penang and 2 hours from the capital Kuala Lumpur by road.
Ipoh is located on the North-South Highway, to the north of Kuala Lumpur. If you travel by car, you can exit from the Ipoh South Exit if you come from Kuala Lumpur and you can exit from the Jelapang Exit if you come from Penang. Do look out for road signs that leads you to The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat along the road from either one of the exits.

Travel by Air
Malaysia Airlines operates international flights from major destinations around the world to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang. From Kuala Lumpur, you may continue your journey by land or by train towards Ipoh. If you need any assistance in arranging for transfer, kindly email us at info.kl@thebanjaran.com.
Those traveling to and from Singapore also have the option of flying into Ipoh Airportor Skypark Subang Terminal via Firefly.
Travel by Train
Enjoy scenic views during these 3 hours journey to Ipoh. There are daily services from KL Sentral in Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh train station.
Ipoh is on the Singapore-Kuala Lumpur-Penang-Bangkok route so there are also trains to and from Penang and all the way to Bangkok. Kindly advise us if you need us to arrange transfers from the train station to The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat.
